At Aelfric Eden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure the original tags are attached and the items are unworn.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
